Dogma Debated: A Conversation with David C. Smalley

August 29, 2020 by Randal

Yesterday, I appeared on the David C. Smalley Podcast (formerly known as “Dogma Debate”). The conversation goes for 2.5 hours (!) and the first hour and a bit is available to everyone. The longer version is available to Patreon supporters.

In the first part of the conversation, we talked about rationality, plausibility frameworks, and the evidence for the resurrection of Jesus. At one point, Smalley cited David Fitzgerald (a well-known Jesus mythicist atheist activist). And he really didn’t like it when I then said that Fitzgerald is an atheist’s equivalent of Ken Ham.

In the second part of the conversation, we shifted to some of the topics in my new book Conversations with My Inner Atheist. You can check out the podcast on your favorite streaming platform (e.g. Spotify) or by clicking here.
