We are switching over to Disqus for commenting. It brings a number of advantages. Ray Ingles has already logged a couple complaints including a clever comment on why top-posting is “a bad thing”.

I agree one hundred percent. New comments are supposed to go at the bottom. That will be fixed. However, the transition will take a few days and your patience is appreciated.
I will also look into the inclusion of hyperlinks.
Other comments are also really appreciated at this time given that we’re right in the middle of this.
